Spotify have stopped isolated prioritisation of work now and the world is learning that this is a good idea but being able to do it without the left hand seeing what the right hand doing is fallacy. In Australia I’m seeing self managing attempted even in mining companies, which seems quite confused for primary industry. I think these ways of working have greatest value, perhaps are only of value, when combined with micro-segmentation so that the most value creating approach is done most efficiently, we now have the technology to do it.

Any tips on where to gain best credibility with my understanding of micro-segmentation? I have a degree – with a marketing major. Its not enough. I need a specialised qual and one that is promoted. I’m expecting micromarketing to come as a second wave after the Agile craze, to take advantage of it.
